Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 cup wheat flour (wholemeal)
- 1 ½ tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon, or gingerbread spice, or nutmeg
- 4 tbsp butter
- 4 bananas, very ripe
- 2 eggs
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
for babies and children, sugar-free, for 12 pieces
1 cup holds 250 ml. Preheat oven to approximately 190°C. Combine flour with baking powder and spices. Melt butter and mix with the pureed or mashed bananas. Mix in the eggs. Fold the banana mixture into the flour and fill the muffin tins. Bake for approximately 15 minutes until golden brown. Tip: You can also stir raisins, dates, or other dried fruit into the banana mixture.
