The perfect boiled beef with bouillon potatoes recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 kilogram Boiled beef
  • 2 piece Beef marrowbones
  • 2 piece Beef scald bones
  • 1 bunch Soup greens fresh
  • 3 piece Chopped onions
  • 2 piece Bay leaves
  • 8 piece Allspice grains
  • Salt
  • Black pepper from the mill
  • 1,5 liter Water
  • 8 medium-sized Freshly peeled potatoes
  • 1 bunch Chopped parsley
  1. Cut the meat with the bones, half a bunch of soup greens, the water and spices in a saucepan for 2 hours on the lowest setting. Then add the remaining soup greens and the potatoes. I hadn’t cut up the potatoes.
  2. Let the meat simmer in the broth for 25 minutes to the end. Then mix in the parsley. Now cut the meat, remove the vegetables and potatoes from the broth. Put some broth on the plate. Serve sprinkled with parsley.
  3. At the end I put apple-horseradish on the meat. The variety is up to you. Good Appetite.
