Plum Sauce with Cinnamon

- 750 g Plums
- 500 g Preserving sugar 2: 1
- 0,5 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
- Clean, remove the cut and quarter the plums. Mix with the preserving sugar and cinnamon, add a little water and bring to the boil according to the instructions. Feel and let cool for 10 min. Then can be kept in the refrigerator for up to 3 months.
