Cauliflower salad

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 250 g cauliflower
  • 250 g tomatoes
  • 2 bunch radishes
  • 200 g Emmental cheese in one piece
  • 200 g sour cream
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • 2 tbsp vinegar
  • ½ onion(s)
  • salt and pepper
  • herbal salt
  • dill

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Divide the cauliflower into small florets and wash thoroughly. Dice the tomatoes and slice the radishes. Dice the cheese. Mix everything together. For the dressing, finely chop the onion and mix with the remaining ingredients. Toss the salad with the dressing and season with herb salt. Sprinkle with dill and serve.
