Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • ¾ banana(s)
  • 1 kiwi(s), green or yellow, peeled
  • ½ handful of currants
  • 1 handful of lettuce
  • 3 grapes
  • some ginger
  • 30 ml water

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

with fruit and vegetables

Combine all ingredients in a blender and puree. Season to taste.
