Basil pesto with red onions

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g pine nuts
  • 1 onion(s), red
  • 3 tbsp Parmesan
  • 1 pot of basil
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • 150 ml olive oil
  • some lemon juice (a few dashes)
  • Salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Toast the pine nuts in a pan. Finely dice the onion and garlic. Then blend all ingredients with 2 tablespoons of Parmesan cheese using an immersion blender. Add the remaining Parmesan cheese and season with salt.
