Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 500 g mushrooms, fresh
- 300 g pak choi
- 200 g cocktail tomatoes
- some salt and pepper
- some fresh ginger, grated
- 2 tbsp rapeseed oil
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 onion(s)
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Finely chop the mushrooms and bok choy, and halve the tomatoes. Sauté the mushrooms and the white part of the bok choy in oil. Finely dice the onion and add it. Add the halved tomatoes and the green part of the bok choy. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes. Serve with Chinese noodles or rice.
