  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • 3 dashes of Tabasco
  • salt and pepper
  • nutmeg

as a dip or with fresh bread or baguette

Mash the avocado flesh finely with a fork and mix well with the juice of half a lemon (depending on the size), the crushed garlic, and the cream cheese. Season with Tabasco, salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Tastes great with fresh bread or baguette, or simply as a dip.
