Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 zucchinis
- 400 g smoked pork
- 2 balls of mozzarella
- 2 tsp, heaped vegetable broth, instant
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Cut the smoked pork, zucchini, and mozzarella into equal-sized cubes. Heat a non-stick pan and fry the smoked pork for about 3-5 minutes. Then add the zucchini cubes and fry for another 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Season with the vegetable stock. Finally, add the mozzarella cubes, turn off the heat, and briefly stir in the mozzarella.
