Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 cucumber(s)
- 100 g sheep’s cheese
- 1 clove(s) garlic
- 500 g yogurt
- Salt
- pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 8 minutes; Total time approx. 8 minutes
Wash, peel, and grate the cucumber. Mash the feta cheese with a fork. Peel the garlic and finely chop or press it. Mix these ingredients with the yogurt and season with salt and pepper. Tastes great with boiled potatoes, raw vegetable sticks, or even grilled.
