Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 90 g wheat flour
  • 35 g protein powder, 80% protein
  • 35 g soy flour
  • 90 g gluten
  • 10 g dry yeast
  • 3 tsp salt
  • 90 g quark, 20% fat
  • 30 ml oil
  • 200 ml water

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes

Gather all ingredients and mix. First, mix with a spoon, then knead with your hands to form a dough. Preheat the oven to 50°C. Turn off the oven and let the dough rise in the warm oven. Weigh out approximately 150g per pizza and then top with your desired toppings. Bake the pizza in the oven at maximum heat for approximately 6-10 minutes. Nutritional values: 1 serving = 150g dough 335 kcal 21g carbohydrates 38g protein
