- 10 g dry yeast
- 3 tsp salt
- 90 g quark, 20% fat
- 30 ml oil
- 200 ml water

Gather all ingredients and mix. First, mix with a spoon, then knead with your hands to form a dough. Preheat the oven to 50°C. Turn off the oven and let the dough rise in the warm oven. Weigh out approximately 150g per pizza and then top with your desired toppings. Bake the pizza in the oven at maximum heat for approximately 6-10 minutes.
