Stuffed papaya from the oven

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 papaya
  • 100 g light cream cheese
  • ½ orange(s)
  • some cinnamon
  • some honey or sweetener
  • some vanilla
  • some goji berries
  • some almond sticks

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

healthy and simple

Halve the papaya and remove the seeds with a spoon. Juice the orange half, mix with the cream cheese, cinnamon, vanilla, and sweetener, and stir until smooth. Fill the papaya halves with the mixture and sprinkle with goji berries and almond slivers. Place the papaya halves in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 30 minutes. Then scoop out the seeds and enjoy.
