Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbsp, heaped oat flakes, ground
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 dashes lemon juice
  • 100 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 100 g yogurt, up to 1.5% fat
  • 100 g cream cheese, up to 1% fat
  • 1 handful of cherries
  • 1 banana(s)
  • 1 pinch(s) vanilla powder
  • 5 ml sweetener

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

This recipe is perfect for a filling day. It’s also a very point-friendly recipe for those with WW points.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius (top and bottom heat). Separate the eggs and beat the egg whites with a dash of lemon juice until stiff peaks form. In a second bowl, combine the remaining ingredients, except the cherries and bananas, until a slightly firmer, creamy mixture forms. Then carefully fold in the egg whites. Pour half of the batter into a baking dish, arrange the cherries and sliced ​​banana on top, and pour the remaining mixture over the fruit. Bake in the oven for 30-35 minutes until golden brown. Let the casserole cool slightly and enjoy lukewarm. We eat it at home as a sweet breakfast. It also makes a delicious warm dessert.
