Milk kefir – berry sorbet

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 80 g berries of your choice, possibly mixed, possibly frozen, unsweetened
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
  • 100 ml kefir (milk kefir)

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Puree all ingredients in a blender. Freeze, stirring occasionally. If you use frozen berries, you can enjoy the sorbet right away.
