Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 5 carrots, grated into julienne strips
  • 2 garlic cloves or 3, grated or pressed
  • 100 g cream or sour cream
  • 2 tbsp sour cream
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar, white
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • Salt
  • 1 tbsp breadcrumbs

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes

so we love the yellow beets

Mix all ingredients, except the breadcrumbs, thoroughly, season with salt, add the breadcrumbs, and let stand for at least 1 hour. The breadcrumbs will make the salad slightly creamy.
