Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 5 carrots, grated into julienne strips
- 2 garlic cloves or 3, grated or pressed
- 100 g cream or sour cream
- 2 tbsp sour cream
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar, white
- 1 tbsp sugar
- Salt
- 1 tbsp breadcrumbs

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes
so we love the yellow beets
Mix all ingredients, except the breadcrumbs, thoroughly, season with salt, add the breadcrumbs, and let stand for at least 1 hour. The breadcrumbs will make the salad slightly creamy.
