Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 4 m.-sized potatoes
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp, leveled salt
- 1 tsp, leveled paprika powder
- some seasoning mix for fries
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Peel and wash the potatoes, then cut them into strips using a knife or a chip cutter. Combine olive oil, paprika, and salt and toss the fries in a bowl. Then place the fries in a grill pan and grill for about 20 minutes until browned and crispy. Toss in a bowl with a little chip seasoning and serve.
