Spicy grilled sweet potato slices

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g sweet potatoes
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp chili sauce
  • Salt and pepper from the mill

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Boil the sweet potatoes for about 10 minutes. Peel and slice thickly. Combine the oil and chili sauce and season with salt and pepper. Brush one side of the sweet potato slices with the mixture, place the coated side on the grill, and grill for about 5 minutes. Brush the top side with the mixture, turn over, and grill for another 5 minutes, until nicely crispy.
