- 5 g chia seeds
- 30 g flaxseed flour
- 15 g coconut flour
- some salt
- 75 g water, hot
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 17 minutes; Total time approx. 42 minutes

Combine the dry ingredients in a bowl. Add water. Mix everything well and let rest for 15 minutes. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees Celsius (top/bottom heat). Roll out the dough very thinly. This works best between two layers of plastic wrap. Bake without the wrap on the middle rack for 8 minutes. Remove from the oven and increase the oven temperature to 220 degrees Celsius (425 degrees Fahrenheit). Top the dough sheet as desired and return it to the middle rack for another 8-10 minutes.
