Apricot and pineapple jam with Amaretto

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 800 g apricot(s)
  • 500 g pineapple
  • 50 ml Amaretto
  • 1 bag(s) of citric acid
  • n. B. bitter almond aroma
  • 1 package of gelling sugar, 3:1

Instructions

Working time approx. 45 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes

Chop the pineapple and remove the core. Pit and chop the apricots; they don’t need to be peeled. Place both ingredients in a large saucepan along with the gelling sugar, citric acid, Amaretto, and a few drops of bitter almond flavoring. Bring to a boil while stirring. Remove the pan from the heat. Thoroughly puree the ingredients and bring to a rolling boil for another 4 minutes while stirring. Pour into prepared jars.
