Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 480 g flour
- 250 ml soy milk (soy drink)
- 50 g margarine
- 500 g sauerkraut
- 1 cube of yeast
- salt and pepper
- Sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 25 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes
Sift the flour. Heat the soy milk, add a pinch of sugar and crumbled yeast, and let it rise for 10 minutes. Add the margarine, egg, and salt and knead thoroughly. Then let it rise for 25 minutes in a warm, dry place. Drain the sauerkraut and squeeze out any remaining juice. Knead the sauerkraut into the dough. Form 9 rolls and place them on a baking sheet. Bake in an oven preheated to 180°C for about half an hour.
