Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 500 g potatoes (triplets)
- 100 ml olive oil
- 1 tsp, levelled black pepper, freshly ground
- 2 sprigs rosemary, or possibly ground rosemary
- 1 tsp, leveled herb salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Mix the oil and spices thoroughly. Place the washed baby potatoes, skin on, individually on aluminum foil and generously brush or drizzle with the spiced oil. Wrap them in foil and place them either directly in the embers or on the grill grate.
