Vanilla ice cream with hot apple and cinnamon pieces and raisins

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 2 large apples
  • 3 tsp sugar
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 30 g raisins
  • 2 tbsp apple juice
  • 6 scoops of ice cream (vanilla ice cream)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Cut the apples into small pieces and place them in a saucepan. Add the sugar, cinnamon, raisins, and apple juice and cook over medium heat until everything is hot and the apple pieces are soft. Place two scoops of vanilla ice cream into each dessert bowl and add the hot apple pieces and raisins. Tip: If you like, you can top with some whipped cream.
