Quince – Apple – Jam

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 800 g quince(s)
  • 200 g apples
  • 500 g gelling sugar, 2:1
  • some cinnamon powder
  • Water

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Peel the quinces and apples, cut them into small pieces, and cook them with a little water for about 15 minutes until soft. Then puree with a hand blender and add the gelling sugar. Bring to a boil and simmer for 3-5 minutes. Season with cinnamon and fill the jam jars. This makes about 5 jars.
