Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 500 g strawberries
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 250 g mascarpone
- 250 g low-fat curd cheese
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 100 g ladyfingers
- 6 tbsp orange juice
- possibly mint or lemon balm for garnishing

great dessert in strawberry season
Wash and stem all strawberries. Puree 100g strawberries with 1 tablespoon of sugar and chill. Mix together the mascarpone, quark, 2 tablespoons of sugar, lemon juice, and vanilla sugar, and season to taste. Chop 300g strawberries and carefully fold them into the mascarpone cream. Line a dish with ladyfingers and drizzle with orange juice. Layer the strawberry puree and mascarpone cream alternately on top of the ladyfingers, then chill. Garnish with the remaining strawberries and, if desired, some mint or lemon balm before serving.
