Fresh and fruity dessert with quark, yogurt and fruit – easy to prepare

Whip the cream with vanilla sugar and cream stiffener until stiff peaks form and chill. Whisk the quark with the natural yogurt and sugar until creamy. Whip the cream until stiff peaks form and fold in lightly. Drain the fruit, then fold in (chop peaches or apricots first) – but don’t stir again, as otherwise the fruit will smash. Crumble the biscuits (e.g., in a freezer bag). Layer them in dessert glasses or a large bowl. First a layer of biscuits, then the quark and yogurt cream. Finish with a layer of biscuits. The dessert should sit for a few hours – perhaps overnight – before serving.
