Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 450 ml buttermilk
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 340 g wheat flour
- 200 g rye flour
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ cube of yeast

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes
simple beginner’s bread
Combine the buttermilk with the vinegar, salt, and yeast, then add the flour and mix with a dough hook until a dough forms. Let it rise for about half an hour. Then knead again, pour into a baking dish, and let it rise again. Bake at 200°C for about 1 hour.
