Lamb's lettuce with peppers and orange

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 100 g lamb’s lettuce
  • 1 red bell pepper(s)
  • 1 orange(s), sweet and juicy
  • 1 tbsp vinegar (spirit vinegar)
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp water
  • 2 tbsp sunflower seeds
  • Salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Wash the lamb’s lettuce and drain well. Wash, deseed, and finely chop the bell peppers. Cut the peeled orange into small pieces and mix with the bell peppers and the lamb’s lettuce. For the dressing, combine the spirit vinegar, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, and water and season with salt. Pour the dressing over the salad and then sprinkle with the sunflower seeds.
