Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g kale, fresh
- 50 g Parmesan
- some olive oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
vegetarian, simple
Wash the kale and tear it onto a baking sheet. Grate the Parmesan cheese over it, if desired, and toss with a few drops of olive oil. Bake at approximately 180-200 degrees Celsius (350-400 degrees Fahrenheit) until the kale is dry. This takes about 10-15 minutes.
