Apple jelly with mint

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 750 g gelling sugar (2:1)
  • 1 liter apple juice
  • ½ liter of boiling water
  • 100 g peppermint, fresh
  • 2 limes, the juice

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Prepare a tea from 500 ml of boiling water and 100 g of fresh peppermint. Drain the herbs. Combine the gelling sugar with the tea and juice, bring to a boil, and, after testing for settling, pour into hot, rinsed jars.
