Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g quark
- 250 g yogurt
- ½ cucumber(s)
- 2 cloves garlic
- salt and pepper
- possibly oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Mix the quark and yogurt together. Add salt and pepper. Cut the cucumber open and scoop out the insides with a spoon (you won’t need them). Then finely grate the cucumber and add it to the quark. Now press the garlic cloves and add them, stirring well. Perhaps add a few drops or 1 tablespoon of olive oil. It tastes even better the next day.
