Vitamin Boost
Peel the citrus fruits and use a sharp knife to remove the segments between the skins. Cut the tangerines into pieces. Squeeze the lemon juice and place it in a bowl along with the fruit pieces. Season with maple syrup. Toast the almond flakes in a dry pan and sprinkle over the fruit.
