Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 fish fillets (hake)
- 4 tbsp orange juice
- 3 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 tbsp pepper, coarsely ground
- 1 tbsp dill
- e.g. rosemary
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Mix all ingredients together to make a marinade and brush it onto the fish. Grill on a charcoal grill for about 6 minutes on each side.
