Yogurt – crunchy muesli with fruit salad

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 300 g natural yogurt
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 4 tbsp oat flakes
  • 6 tbsp muesli (crunchy muesli or cornflakes)
  • 1 tbsp walnuts, chopped
  • 400 g fresh fruit, according to season
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp orange juice

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Very healthy and delicious breakfast

Blend the yogurt with honey until smooth, then mix in the oatmeal, muesli or cornflakes, and nuts. For the fruit salad, wash the fruit, peel it if desired, and cut it into pieces. Drizzle with lemon and orange juice, and mix well. Ladle the muesli into serving bowls and top with the fruit salad.
