Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 500 g meat (kebab meat), frozen
  • 200 g iceberg lettuce
  • 250 g natural yogurt
  • 200 g tomatoes
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • 1 bunch of parsley
  • some olive oil
  • salt and pepper
  • olive oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour

The healthier alternative to the kebab shop

Thaw the frozen meat for about half an hour beforehand. Finely chop the parsley and garlic. Place the natural yogurt, parsley, and garlic in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper and refrigerate. Then finely chop and dice the tomatoes. Place in a bowl, season with salt, and sprinkle with parsley. Sear the thawed frozen meat in a pan with a little olive oil until cooked through. While the meat is cooking, wash and finely chop the iceberg lettuce. Arrange the kebab meat, lettuce, and tomatoes on the plate and drizzle with the yogurt sauce.
