Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 500 g fig(s), freshly prepared and weighed
- 500 g pear(s), prepared and weighed
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 500 g gelling sugar, 2:1
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Cooking/baking time approx. 4 minutes; Total time approx. 2 hours 14 minutes
Dice the figs and pears and puree them, mix with the lemon juice and preserving sugar, and let stand for 2 hours. Then cook according to the package instructions, pour into jars, and seal them.
