Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 cups cream cheese, natural
- 2 cheeses (Brie)
- 1 large onion(s)
- 1 garlic clove(s) or garlic salt
- pepper
- cream
- Paprika powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
The Brie cheese should be soft; mash it with a fork. Add the cream cheese, finely dice the onion and garlic, and mix well. Season with pepper and paprika. Finally, add a little cream, but be careful not to make the mixture too runny. Tastes great with fresh bread or pretzels.
