Philadelphia – Ham Sauce

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 200 g cream cheese (Philadelphia natural, 5% fat)
  • 40 g Parmesan
  • 150 g ham, 3% fat
  • 15 g chives (or herbs of your choice)
  • 1 dl vegetable broth

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

delicious with asparagus

Dice the ham and fry it lightly in a small pan. Add the vegetable broth, gradually add the Philadelphia cheese, and finally add the Parmesan and chives. Simmer for about 2 minutes. Serve with asparagus and/or pasta. WW = 5 points per serving (without pasta).
