Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 7 tomatoes
- 1 can chickpeas
- 1 bunch of celery
- 1 bunch of parsley
- 1 onion(s)
- 2 tsp, heaped salt
- 2 tbsp, levelled sugar
- 2 tbsp, chopped dill, dried
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- some mint, optional
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Drain the chickpeas and, in the meantime, finely slice the onion and tomatoes into half rings. Clean the celery, removing any leaves and stems, and cut the stalks into bite-sized pieces. Finely chop the parsley and then mix all the ingredients together thoroughly. This salad is perfect for a barbecue or to serve with a hearty dinner!
