Ingredients for 8 servings:
- 4 chicken breast fillets
- salt and pepper
- 2 tbsp mustard, medium hot
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp ginger powder
- 1 tbsp curry powder
- 1 pinch of nutmeg
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 2 lemons
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Wash the chicken breast fillets, pat dry, and cut into 2 cm wide strips. Season with salt and pepper and rub with the mustard. Squeeze the lemons and sweeten the juice with sugar. Make a marinade with lemon juice, olive oil, paprika, ginger powder, curry powder, and nutmeg. Brush the fillets with it and let it marinate for 2-3 hours. Thread the chicken strips accordion-style onto wooden skewers and grill them.
