Feta cream with peppers and herbs

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 200 g feta cheese, creamy
  • 200 g cream cheese (e.g. Philadelphia)
  • 1 bell pepper(s), red, small cubes
  • 1 tsp herbs de Provence
  • ½ tsp oregano
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic (to taste)
  • salt and pepper

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 4 hours; Total time approx. 4 hours 15 minutes

Finely dice the bell pepper and feta cheese. Blend with the cream cheese and olive oil using a hand blender until creamy. Add the crushed garlic cloves and herbs, and season with salt and pepper. Chill.
