Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 200 g feta cheese, creamy
- 200 g cream cheese (e.g. Philadelphia)
- 1 bell pepper(s), red, small cubes
- 1 tsp herbs de Provence
- ½ tsp oregano
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic (to taste)
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 4 hours; Total time approx. 4 hours 15 minutes
creamy sheep cheese dip, especially delicious with flatbread when grilling
Finely dice the bell pepper and feta cheese. Blend with the cream cheese and olive oil using a hand blender until creamy. Add the crushed garlic cloves and herbs, and season with salt and pepper. Chill.
