Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 2 cups cream cheese, grainy, approx. 200 g each
  • 3 eggs
  • 200 g ham
  • 200 g cheese, grated
  • 1 bell pepper(s), green
  • 30 g almonds, ground
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 pinch(s) pizza seasoning

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Weigh the ground almonds and place them in a bowl. Add the cream cheese, grated cheese, and eggs to the bowl. Cut the ham into small pieces and add them to the bowl. Wash and chop the bell peppers, then add them to the bowl. Season with salt, pepper, and pizza seasoning. Mix everything thoroughly and spread evenly on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake in the oven at 200°C (fan oven) for 25-30 minutes. Check your oven’s operating temperature!
