Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 100 ml pear juice
- 175 g lamb’s lettuce, ready to cook
- 3 dashes lemon juice
- 2 pears, ripe, red-skinned, quartered, pitted, 6 quarters of which peeled
- 40 g ginger, fresh, peeled
- 150 g grapes, blue, seedless, halved
- 2 banana(s), peeled, 1 chopped, 1 sliced
- 6 tbsp oat flakes
- 30 g walnut kernels
- 4 tsp flaxseed
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Rest time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
Roast the walnuts without fat. Purée the pear juice, lamb’s lettuce, and a squeeze of lemon juice in a blender. Add the peeled pear quarters, ginger, 100g grapes, 1 finely chopped banana, and 4 tablespoons of oats to the blender and purée again. Season with the remaining lemon juice, let stand for 5 minutes, and divide between four bowls. Slice the remaining unpeeled pear quarters crosswise. Alternate the pear slices, grapes, banana slices, remaining oats, walnuts, and flaxseeds in rows next to each other on top of the smoothie.
