Minced meat and bacon balls with Babybel core

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 g minced meat, mixed
  • 5 pieces of cheese (Babybel)
  • 10 slices of bacon
  • 1 tbsp spice mix or salt, pepper, paprika and nutmeg

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Season the ground meat and form a coating around the Babybel. Wrap each one with two slices of bacon. Place in the oven or grill at 220 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes. If you like, you can glaze the balls with a little barbecue sauce after 15 minutes.
