Pear-Chocolate Jam

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 750 g pear(s)
  • 1 cup water
  • ½ lemon(s), juice
  • 250 g gelling sugar, 3:1
  • 50 g chocolate shavings

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Peel the pears, remove the cores, and chop them into small pieces. Place them in a saucepan with a cup of water and the juice of half a lemon and boil until soft. Then puree them and boil them with the gelling sugar for 4 minutes. Remove from the heat, add the chocolate, and pour into prepared jars as quickly as possible, just enough so that the chocolate doesn’t completely dissolve. Turn the tightly closed jars upside down for 5 minutes.
