Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 handful of spinach (fresh organic baby spinach)
- 1 m.-sized banana(s)
- 1 small carrot(s)
- 120 ml water
- 100 ml oat milk (oat drink)
- 1 g Matcha tea
- 1 tsp linseed oil

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 minute; Total time approx. 6 minutes

Roughly chop the banana and carrot, add them to a blender with the remaining ingredients, and blend until smooth and creamy. Blend for about 1 minute. The time varies depending on your blender. If your blender takes longer, add two ice cubes to prevent the smoothie from overheating.
