Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 200 g cooked ham or turkey breast
- ½ cucumber(s)
- 1 bell pepper(s), red
- ½ bunch of spring onions
- some parsley, fresh
- 50 g Parmesan, sliced
- 1 tsp mustard
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp natural yogurt
- 1 tbsp herb cream cheese, grainy
- 1 shot of milk
- salt and pepper
- 1 tsp oregano
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Chop the cucumber, bell pepper, spring onions, parsley, and cooked ham into small pieces and place in a bowl. Add the shaved Parmesan cheese. Mix the spices, mustard, olive oil, milk, yogurt, and cream cheese to make a salad dressing. Pour over the salad and toss to combine.
