Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 400 ml juice (elderberry)
- 400 ml juice (blackberry)
- 150 ml red wine, sweet or dry
- ½ tsp, crushed cinnamon powder
- ½ tsp, crushed coriander powder
- 4 cloves
- 1,220 g gelling sugar, 1:1
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Combine all ingredients in a tall saucepan and stir. Let stand for 5 minutes. Bring to a boil and simmer for 6 minutes. When filling the jars, use a small sieve to catch the cloves. Tip: You can also omit the red wine and spices. Adjust the amount of gelling sugar accordingly. If you prefer it less sweet, use a 2:1 gelling sugar ratio.
