Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 avocados
- 2 passion fruit(s)
- some orange juice
- e.g. agave syrup
- 1 tbsp soy yogurt (yogurt alternative)
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Halve and pit the avocado. Place into heat-resistant serving dishes. Spread the yogurt first, then the passion fruit pulp mixed with orange juice on the halves. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for approximately 10-15 minutes. Perfect as a snack or with some sweeter side dishes.
