Ingredients for 8 servings:
- 500 g oat flakes, wholegrain
- 100 g almonds, ground
- 250 g coconut oil
- 30 g sunflower seeds
- 30 g pumpkin seeds
- 200 g mixed nuts of your choice
- 100 g agave syrup
- 2 tbsp rapeseed oil
- 1 banana(s)
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 tbsp, heaped cinnamon powder
- e.g. vanilla powder
- 200 g cranberries
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Cooking/baking time approx. 50 minutes; Total time approx. 2 hours 5 minutes
Crunchy and naturally sweetened with agave syrup and banana
Heat the coconut oil until liquid. Peel the banana and mash it with a fork. Mix all ingredients, except the cranberries, thoroughly with a dough hook. Spread the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Roast in a preheated oven at 150°C (top/bottom heat) for approximately 40-50 minutes, turning frequently. The process is complete when the desired browning is achieved. Once cooled, fold in the cranberries.
